MillerCoors Electric Arc Flash Incident Death and Injury, OSHA Investigates

OSHA continues to let employers know electrical and arc flash safety and training are top on their agenda.

Denver Business Journal reports:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed fining MillerCoors LLC $128,500 for alleged safety violations that led to the death of one worker and the injury of two others in two incidents at the brewing company’s Golden, Colo., plant earlier this year.”
