OSHA fines Contractor $148K over Electrical Arc Flash in CT. No Safety Program.

Basically an electrical contractor ignored NFPA 70E and even the OSHA standards. Did no training and provided no PPE and didn’t de-energize the equipment. OSHA fined them the maximum.
