OSHA fines C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. $97,500 for recurring electrical hazards

Yes you heard it right electrical hazards and a wholesale grocer. Every company must have a written electrical safety program. These might not have been huge arc flash issues for more than a few of the workers but electrical hazards is between the 3rd and 4th leading cause of fatalities in the workplace EVERY year.
