Having qualified electricians and contractors doing electrical work is critical. Sometimes short term savings look good. Hire a general contractor without real electrical expertise. Hire “electricians” who aren’t properly trained before and after hire. It seems like it saves money in the short term but a person dead and $1.4 million in fines can sure pay a LOT of training and quality engineers, electricians, or contractors.
