Navy seaman dies from electrocution. NFPA 70E Training not legally for ships but can guide.

George Patton allegedly said he did not want his men to die for their country, but rather to get the ‘other guy’ to die for his country. I’d love to save every fatality of this type.

The Navy has a great electrical safety record. I’m sure they will work hard to make sure this is a learning experience to see that this never happens again.
